What data we collect

When you contact us through the form we process your name, company, email address and the content of your message. The website sets no cookies. For visitor statistics, your IP address and browser information are used only in the moment to count unique visits – they are not stored, no profile is built over time and there is no cross-site tracking.

Why we process the data

The data is used to answer your inquiry and follow up the dialogue. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where the data is processed

Form data is sent to and stored in our CRM system, whose provider is our data processor for customer communication. Visitor statistics are handled in Sweden. The data is not shared with other parties and is never sold.

How long the data is kept

Data is kept for as long as the dialogue is active and thereafter as long as needed to follow up the inquiry, at most 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of your personal data, and to object to the processing. Contact us at kontakt@sensestock.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
